An interesting bottling from 1967 named "The Old Mill", which is actually simlar to what the name Tamnavulin translates to from Gaelic.

Tamnavulin opened for the first time in 1966, so this bottling was distilled just one year into their operations. It is an excellent opportunity to try spirit from the distillery's earliest days.

There is no year of bottling, so we can't know for sure how old it is, however the bottle is marked for the Italian market with Moon Import. This company was founded in 1980, with their first bottling in 1982. From this, we know that the spirit is at least 15 years old.

The bottle is in good condition apart from a low fill. The box is very worn and marked on outside. The box's closure strap is broken and has been taped back together. The silk inside of the box is stained.
