A 12 year old single malt from Speyside producer, Craigellachie Distillery, who are renowned for their use of worm-tub condensers. It was matured fully in first fill sherry Hogsheads, and was bottled by the excellent team at Living Souls at a quaffable 46% with no added colour and un-chill filtered.

Official Tasting Notes

The nose opens with apple compote, torta al limone and vanilla fudge. The palate brings caramelised apple, toffee and cannoli filled with rich vanilla cream. The finish is sweet, full-bodied and true to this Speyside distillery's signature character.
