Nose: Meringue and citrus with sprinklings of icing sugar, turning herbal with digestive biscuit notes, lemon again: both tarts and curd – cheesecake base with marzipan .
Palate: It's full of zingy, creamy, nutty, lemony, character with is followed by oaty with final sour sherbet notes.
Finish: Dryish with nutty and salty after thoughts.
