Tasting Notes

Staff Tasting Notes
Nose: Breathy tobacco smoke with a faint hint of sulphur coming through. With time this becomes a more herbal offering of spearmint and sage paired with a gentle (i.e. not sour) orange/citrus compote.
Palate: A fresh stony beach bonfire on a chilled night. A bit of vanilla comes through it is but mostly taken over by the rich and woody bonfire smoke.
Finish: A really good example of non-peat smokiness but slightly one dimensional.
