Nose: The nose opens with summer straw and tangy gooseberries developing to green apples and candied nuts. The palate bursts with vanilla'd oak, warming nutmeg and buttery oat biscuits. There's a dried banana chip sweetness on the finish with orchard fruits and lemon rind.
