Staff Tasting Notes
Nose: Old leather and musty wood, subtle pear drops and a touch of savoury meatiness. Some sweetness - sherbert.
Palate: Caramel, smooth rich oak and slightly peppery. A citrus flare, with slight sweet and sourness. Hints of dark chocolate.
Comments: A gorgeous dram with complexity throughout.
