One of Edinburgh's local distilleries is North British, a large grain distillery that has been in operation since 1887. It was founded by three Edinburgh Blenders to provide them a steady supply of ingredients for the popular blends of the age, and we definitely have a soft spot in our heart for their consistently delicious nectar.

This bottling was distilled in 1991 and matured for 3 decades in a single refill sherry butt before being bottled in 2023 by extraordinary independent bottler, Signatory Vintage. A single cask offering, limited to just 560 bottles worldwide.
