We love North British grain whisky. Not only because it's one of our local distilleries here in Edinburgh, but we love their consistently delicious, easy drinking honeyed spirit. This small batch bottling from the vaults of Signatory Vintage was distilled in 2009 and matured for fifteen years in a selection of first and second fill sherry butts and bourbon barrels. Bottled at historic 100 proof and without added colour or chill-filtration.
