The first ever bottling selected by attendees of our Whisky Fringe event! Over 1,500 people attended the festival in August 2019 and all tasters visiting the Berry Bros & Rudd stand were given three different single cask samples to try before voting for their favourite. The winner by a comfortable majority was this 2008 Glen Elgin from a first fill hogshead. A bright zesty dram with lots of complex characters and oak spice, we're confident in our attendees that they picked an excellent dram!
