A really interesting bottling of Caol Ila from Woodrow's of Edinburgh. It began maturation on 09/12/2015 in a refill bourbon hogshead and was bottled on 15/05/2024 after a finishing period of just under a year in a 1st fill American oak cream sherry quarter cask.

Has a really delicious meaty palate with a creamy mounthfeel. Presented at full cask strength.
