Staff Tasting Notes
Nose: Brown bread and haystacks, herbal and organic, wisps of lavender and heather. There's a definite meaty and nutty element too, and bizarrely one staff member smelt hot dogs!
Palate: Cheesecake base, honeycomb and maple syrup. Balanced with a pleasing degree of richness leaning towards the heavier, with a long finish with emerging touches of sweetness.
