Although only recently revived, James Eadie's reputation as a independent bottler with merit has more than been proven already. This particular bottling is another from the Auchroisk distillery (rarely seen as a single malt) and has been, as per their usual standards, bottled without additional colour or chill-filtration.

Tasting Notes

Staff Tasting Notes
Nose: Sweet and light. Lemon curd or cheesecake with icing sugar topping. Faintly of struck flint.
Palate: Surprisingly dry with lemon zest. Wood and a little dry smoke.
Comments: Pleasant but water might help make it a little easier on the palate.
