Originally named Seggie Whisky Distillery, St. Andrews Distillery has transformed from an old paper mill into Scotland's first single-site brewery, creating fantastic whiskies and gin.
Though the original papermill building still stands on site as an homage to the past, St. Andrews Distillery has now been under new ownership since 2023 and has a variety of releases from 2018 and beyond.
Their whisky character embodies a soft, citrusy spice that perfectly marries Scottish traditions with advanced brewing technology.
