Tasting Notes

Staff Tasting Notes
Nose: Immediately big and fruity like dried pineapple and baked apples which is soon to be replaced by rich brown sugar, sultanas and white chocolate. There's also a slight vegetal note akin to mashed potato and butter. Lots going on.
Palate: Lots of sweet shop notes with icing sugar, lemon drops and barley twists. A bit of citrus fruit gives some bitterness to balance out the sweetness. On the finish; strawberry bonbons.
