Ardbeg 2008 15 Year Old RMW Cask #5078 55% 70cl
This isn’t just any Ardbeg, it’s a staff favourite for a reason. Naturally coloured, unchilfiltered, and matured in a sherry cask, this whisky encapsulates everything we love about Islay malts. Glen Elgin 2011 12-Year-Old RMW Cask #805403
This comes from a distillery beloved by our longest-serving team member, Alex. There are only 232 bottles of this single cask Glen Elgin, so once it’s gone, it’s gone. On the nose and palate, you’re met with juicy grapefruit, refreshing coconut water, and the warmth of homemade apple pie. It’s tropical, zesty, and a little bit minty, with a finish that feels like a sugared pastry and a twist of lemon.
