A brilliant 17 year old Orkney, bottled as part of our Royal Mile Whiskies Small Batch range. A combination of 4 Hogshead casks, Sam from our buying team enjoyed this drams subtle peat, savoury notes and tropical fruit. A single malt that shows excellent balance that comes from 17 years in cask.

For fans of the Orkney distilleries, we would thoroughly recommend this bottle

Official Tasting Notes

Nose: Apricot, tangerine, peach and grape fruit. A brilliantly fruity nose. Hints of rich caramel and nuts. Palate: The palate starts with milk and dark chocolate, followed by orchard fruits and subtle peat. The finish has more of those rich caramel notes.
