We are huge fans of North British Grain Distillery, they are located right here in our home town of Edinburgh and distill a honeyed spirit that is consistently delicious. This bottling, distilled in 1992, matured for 30 years in a refill bourbon barrel before being bottled with no chill filtration and no added colour. It's a limited release of only 201 bottles, and is presented by our friends, Fragrant Drops, independent bottlers in Leith.
