We're proud to offer an independently bottled single malt from Longmorn, a distillery that is notoriously difficult to find in an official bottling. It was distilled in 2009 and spent the last 10 months of it's 16 year maturation in a Spanish oak hogshead that was seasoned with Oloroso Sherry from Bodegas Barbadillo. Longmorn distill a distinctive, fulll bodied malt that is a feature of many of the worlds most popular blends.

Official Tasting Notes

Nose: Aromas of stewed fruit, walnuts, beeswax, and candle smoke.

Palate: The palate shows sweet notes of apple pie, toffee pennies, cinnamon rolls, and glacé icing.

Finish: The rich palate leads to an elegant finish with both sweetness and spice.
