£144.95

A delightful single cask 19 year old Dailuaine, fully matured in a sherry cask. Selected by our expert buyers. Juicy, rich and honeyed, this weighty dram is perfect for sherried whisky lovers, and fans of complex drams. It would appeal to brandy fans too! 1 of 242 bottles, we are glad to bottle this older Speyside single malt. Dailuaine is known for a full bodied style, which is less commonly bottled as a single malt, apart from by independent bottlers (like ourselves). It is more often used by blenders to bring body to different blends. We are excited to add this to our range and offer it to you to enjoy.

Tasting Notes

Staff Tasting Notes Nose: Soft icing sugar, coconut flakes and delicate honeycomb up front, followed by a fresh fruit salad of orchard and tropical fruits. Palate: Softly sweet yet full-bodied, with notes of apricot, marmalade and raisins, leading into a long, complex finish of cognac richness and stewed pear.
