Nose: Fresh and fruity. Aromas of thick vanilla custard and stewed green apple lead to velvety white chocolate. Hints of elderflower give a subtle floral edge.
Palate: Initial cracked black pepper mellows and reveals flavours of poached pear dusted in cocoa powder. Lively citrus notes bring contrast to the sweet baked apple undertones.
Finish: Nuances of fresh ginger linger.
