Tasting Notes

Staff Tasting Notes
Nose: Musty, old orange oil develops into madeira cake topped with peaches. A hint of aloe vera and even anise after a while but then plenty of caramels and toffee pennies.
Palate: Great texture, the caramel theme continues and more orange tinged flavours emerge. With water it became a touch creamier and was evocative of Terry's Chocolate Orange .
Finish: Subtle cocoa and tangy boiled sweets straight from the sweet shop jar.
