The 2018 release of spirit from the Ardnamurchan distillery. They have used a mixture of casks (full list below in the tasting notes section) to produce a bottling that contains some 3 and 4 year old stock, but cannot legally yet be called whisky. In a modern touch at a tradition company, if you scan the VR code on the bottle you get all the blockchain information from barley type upwards. Arthur tried this at the distillery and can confirm it is progressing marvellously well. A run of 4917 bottles.

Official Tasting Notes

Earthy mango and waxy orange peel with post-Manhattan glacé cherries; Hobnobs, black pepper and distant Clyde Puffer smoke.
