Torabhaig is the first new whisky distillery to be built on the Isle of Skye in 200 years. Founded by Mossburn Distillers in 2017, the distillery creates a heavily peated style which it calls 'Well Tempered Peat'. Launching their single malt gradually over 7 years, there will be four different worldwide releases which will guide drinkers on a journey to their 10 year old expression in 2028.
This whisky takes some of the best characteristics of Skye, like the gorgeous peaty heather fields, refreshing spring water, and the Cuillin mountain range's sharp mountainous peaks, all into a single bottle of Scotch.

Torabhaig Cnoc Na Moine - Translated to “hill of peat”, this naturally amber-coloured bottle is aged in multiple casks, including Oloroso and American Oak. Torabhaig Allt Gleann - This cask-strength bottle makes a bold statement in both peatiness and character. It’s a hearty 61.1% proof and is unchilfiltered for the purest taste. Briney ocean air and umami notes of seaweed meld into a salty, sweet char of fire-roasted marshmallows and granny smith apples.
