As the first single malt distillery in Glasgow for over 100 years, they’ve been making waves since 2014. The Glasgow Distillery Co 1770 whiskies are definitely drams to be excited about. Distilling both unpeated and peated malt, they have made double and triple distilled spirits, aged in a variety of casks including ex bourbon, new oak and Marsala wine casks.

Each of the Glasgow Distillery’s whisky productions is split into three distinct periods. This allows them to create very different flavour profiles that appeal to different enthusiasts.

Glasgow Distillery 1770 Single Malt Original – An unpeated whisky that celebrates Glasgow's whisky-making revival. Matured in bourbon casks and finished in virgin oak, it delivers a vibrant burst of flavour.
Glasgow Distillery 1770 Single Malt Peated – A special peated whisky crafted from barley peated with Highland heather and matured in virgin oak casks before finishing in Pedro Ximenez sherry casks.
Glasgow Distillery 1770 Triple Distilled Unpeated – A limited unpeated single cask bottling which showcases the influence of tequila cask finishing with light notes of vanilla, citrus, and tropical fruits.
