Brought to life over 5 years by founder Annabel Thomas, and the late, great, Dr Jim Swan as master distiller, NcNean is named for the Gaelic legend Neachneohain (Nc-knee-anne), Queen of Spirits. With organic and sustainable production at the heart of the distillery, they created a malt spirit to lay down as future whisky, as well as re-distilling some with botanicals to make a unique spirit drink.
