A curious combination of Barbados rum and Islay whisky casks. This release, the first in the Master Blender Collection, is a blend of column and pot still rums from Mount Gay, aged between 8 and 15 years in ex-bourbon casks, finished for six months in peated whisky casks from Islay. We love the idea of Mount Gay's complex fruity character with a touch of Islay peat.
