Created by Morrison Scotch Whisky Distillers, the Carn Mor brand takes knowledge and passion of the Morrison family's five generations of involvement in the industry, and uses it to carefully select unique and exciting single malts. They split the releases between different collections, to showcase different elements of the whiskies.
The 'Strictly Limited' series is a collection of single cask and small batch single malt releases, all specially selected, married together (where there are multiple casks) and bottled at 47.5% ABV.
The "Celebration of the Cask" series focuses on the unique nature of each cask; bottling the whiskies as single cask releases and as naturally as possible, at full cask strength.
