They developed over 600 naturally grown and tendered herbs and, with Hamish's 30 years prior experience in the drinks trade, this inevitably led to experimentation with these herbs as gin botanicals. Fast-forward a little, and the success of the colour-changing Apothecary Rose gin expanded into a range of concoctions that formed the basis for Hamish to found Old Curiosity Gin in 2017.
