Volume III of Pictish Beastie Blended Whisky from Fib Whisky is a small batch vatting of two casks. A Fino Hogshead of 11 year old speyside single malt, and a 2nd fill PX Hogshead of 13 year old Lowland single grain whisky were married together to create this outstanding blended whisky.

Official Tasting Notes

On the nose, it's like you've walked straight into a French patisserie, or Fisher & Donaldson - You can decide! We're thinking peacan pies and custard-filled fudge doughnuts. Yum!

On the palate it's remarkably balanced, and sumptiously smooth for a 58% cask strength dram. Packed full of orchard fruits, toffee and milk chocolate, it's giving us Curly Wurly vibes on the finish.
