From the Diamond Distillery in Guyana, this single cask #58 was selected and bottled for Leith Stillroom in 2019. Distilled in 2003, this 15 year old rum is a powerful mix of dried and tropical fruits, cocoa notes, and warming spices. A delectable dram!

Official Tasting Notes

Nose: Fruity with red cherries and dates: coconut with ripe bananas and sweet melon; apricots with a hint of coffee beans developing into oak spices.
Palate: Bananas with pineapple rind; molasses and sticky brown sugar; bitter dark chocolate and cinnamon, bursting with dried tropical fruit peels and gently spiced.
