Crafted in traditional pot stills using imported malted barley, this American single malt from Boulder spirits was matured in American oak barrels for a minimum of three years, before being transferred to Ruby Port casks for finishing. This process allows the spirit to gain the influence of the Port, as well as the influence of a second variety of oak.

Official Tasting Notes

Baked rhubarb, dark cherry, allspice, fruitcake. Robust flavors and lively balance of European and American oak.

This is our evening whiskey. Enjoyed with fine conversation or a cigar, if so desired.
