Magnum Cream Liqueur 70cl - Free Delivery Offer
Royal Mile Whiskies (“We”) are offering free express (next working day) delivery to eligable UK addresses on orders containing one or more bottles of Magnum Cream Liqueur 70cl. Our courier limits this express service to mainland UK addresses excluding "Highlands and Islands". Ordering & Payments
Royal Mile Whiskies (“We”) can only sell alcohol products to those over the age of 18. By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and the minimum legal age for purchasing alcohol and/or tobacco products in your country of residence. It is illegal to sell alcohol to those under 18, in the UK. It is also illegal to sell to an adult who is purchasing alcohol to someone under the age of 18.
Images – Please note that images shown may not be the same as current stock held. We make every effort to keep images as up to date as possible, but label, bottle shape, outer packaging and contents colour can vary. We would advise you contact us before you place an order to determine the current product packaging, if you are after a specific type.
Stock & Product description – We make every effort to ensure stock levels shown are accurate. If errors do occur, we will not be obliged to fulfil orders for items that are unavailable. All tasting notes, whether written by staff of taken from producer information, are a subjective view of a product. The do not form a part of the description of the product.
Pricing – unless otherwise stated, all prices are quoted in pounds sterling and are inclusive of UK VAT. We reserve the right to alter prices at any time without notice. We will not be obliged to fulfil orders for items that are priced incorrectly. While we have endeavoured to ensure the accuracy of the information on the site, we cannot guarantee or give any warranty as to the accuracy, timeliness or completeness of any information or material on the website. Prices and specifications can change without notice and products are subject to availability. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Ordering - Once you have placed an order online, we will send you a confirmation email. A second email will be sent when the order is dispatched. This confirms stock availability, price and payment. At this point your contract to purchase is complete. We will contact you if there are any problems with stock, pricing or delivery. We reserve the right to cancel any order at any time until the contract to purchase is complete.
Fraud - We are extremely vigilant to credit card fraud. Any order that fails our checks in regard to fraud will be cancelled and the police will be informed.
Payment – All orders must be paid in full before dispatch. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Delta or Switch (unfortunately, we do not currently accept Amex or Diners). If you are wanting to make a payment by cheque or BACS, please contact our office on 0131 524 9380. By submitting an order on our site you are confirming that the credit or debit card used for payment is yours. Your payment will be processed securely using Sagepay online payment system. All stored card details are held securely by Sagepay. We do not store your credit card details.
Online Gift Vouchers – Gift vouchers are available to purchase online here, in a range of denominations. These are only redeemable online at www.royalmilewhiskies.com. If you require a Gift Card to use in one of our shops, please contact your nearest branch. See gift card terms below.
The online gift vouchers are active upon full payment. You will receive an email confirmation with the voucher amount and code to use when redeeming. Please check we deliver to your online gift voucher recipient's country before purchase.
Only customers who are over 18 years old may purchase a gift voucher. All gift vouchers are listed in British Pounds Sterling.
Gift vouchers may only be redeemed against products listed on www.royalmilewhiskies.com. When redeeming the gift voucher, the code must be entered at the point of payment. The complete value of the voucher must be used in a single sale. We are unable to offer refunds on any balance left on a gift voucher. Multiple vouchers cannot be used for a single purchase. Please contact our customer service team at [email protected] or 0131 524 9380 if you have more than one voucher to redeem for a single sale or you have any voucher related issues.
If the total sale exceeds the value of the gift voucher, the additional amount must be paid using the other methods of payments available on www.royalmilewhiskies.com. Gift vouchers cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash.
If we suspect fraudulent activity in the purchase of a gift voucher, we reserve the right to cancel the voucher code.
A refund for the gift voucher can only be given if we are contacted by the purchaser within 14 days of purchase and only if the full value of the voucher is unredeemed. Refunds will only be issued using the original method of payment, to the same payment account. If the voucher code has been lost or stolen, please contact us as soon as possible. If the voucher code is unredeemed, we will cancel the voucher and issue a new code to the purchaser of the original voucher. Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months.
Gift Cards – Gift cards can only be purchased and used in-store at Royal Mile Whiskies and Drinkmonger. Credit on an RMW card can be used at Drinkmonger locations, and vice versa. Gift cards can be used in part payment, with the balance to be paid with a credit or debit card, or in cash. If a gift card has greater funds than needed, the remaining balance can be used against another purchase at a later time. Gift cards must be redeemed within 12 months of purchase. Any unused amount will not be refunded or credited after such time. We are unable to replace lost or stolen gift cards.
Returns and Refunds – It is your legal right to cancel your order up to 14 days from when you have physically received your delivery. Please email [email protected] with details of the order number, your name, address and contact details. We will refund the full amount (including the standard delivery charge for UK and EU customers only) once the products have been safely returned to us. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the bottle to us and to ensure that the products are adequately packaged, to avoid any possible damage. For Non-EU customers, we will not refund the original cost of delivery to the customer.
If the products have been damaged (if the seal on the bottle has been damaged or removed, or if packaging has been damaged), we will potentially reduce the refund to £0.00 (zero), dependant on whether we are able to resell the product.
You may also return products that are faulty, incorrect or not as described. We will refund you the full amount including the original delivery charge and any reasonable costs for you to return the product to us.
All refunds will be made to using the same method which you used to pay.
After processing an order (which can be delayed if we are out of stock of the products ordered in which case we will advise you), all orders are despatched using an Express (1 day) or Standard (2 -3 day) courier service (Monday to Friday only) to most mainland destinations in the UK (outlying areas of the UK can take up to three - four days). Service to many European addresses takes 3 - 5 days. For international orders, delivery times vary depending on location. An estimate of delivery time can be viewed on the Delivery page. Please note that all delivery timescales are estimates. We cannot guarantee that orders are delivered on time.
Please advise us on where to leave a parcel if you are not at home, or if it is to a business address.
Delivery charges are calculated based on the weight of the product and the destination address. Please note that we cannot send to PO Box or Mail Box addresses.
In line with our ethics policy on the sale of high-demand, allocated, and/or limited releases, we will not ship directly to auction houses. Any orders we see to be delivered to auction houses, or addresses corresponding to locations associated with auction houses, may be cancelled and refunded, at our discretion.
For International deliveries you can find a full list of where we ship to on our Delivery page. You may be subject to import duties, local taxes and customs administration charges. We have no control over these and cannot predict what they will be. The recipient will be responsible for payment of these Duties and Taxes, in full. We cannot accept responsibility for any returned or confiscated packages due to the non-payment of such charges. If we receive a package back due to non-payment of these charges, we may issue a refund for the value of the goods (if undamaged and saleable), less any costs incurred for the return. Please contact your local Customs office to get more information.
You are responsible for complying with all UK legislation and with legislation in the recipient country. We will not be liable if you break any such law.
