Starward Two-Fold Double Grain

Starward have made a splash on the international stage with their malt whisky releases but now comes something quite different. This is a 60/40 combination of malt whisky made at their distillery and wheat spirit sourced bespoke from a neighboring industrial distillery. The two spirits are then matured exclusively in red wine barrels in Melbourne's very reactive climate. These are then combined to make Two Fold. A very soft, fruity dram with a surprising complexity.
Staff Tasting Notes
