Admiral Rodney Rum

Created by St Lucia Distillers, Admiral Rodney Rum is named after British naval officer Admiral George Brydges Rodney, whose command in the Caribbean during the 18th Century secured his name in history. He is famous for his victory at the Battle of Saintes in April 1782, where he defeated French forces planning to invade Jamaica using a tactic known as 'breaking the line', thought to be a pioneering use of such a tactic in naval warfare.
