Maxime Trijol VS Cognac

This AOC Cognac is produced by a family business that has a history of distillation stretching back to the installation of their first Charentais pot still in 1859. They now have 20, and they have a fully integrated business model, distiling all their own grapes grown on their own vines. A delightful brandy, the relative youth of the spirit gives a fresh vibrancy which the producers describe as being summery. It's a really good value spirit that will not let you down.
Official Tasting Notes Lively nose with good fruit notes and hints of vanilla. Rounded palate showing the same characteristics. An easy-going style of Cognac, with a good structure.
