Highland Park 21 Year Old August 2019 Release

Marking the return of the 21 year old in Highland Park's range, the August 2019 batch has been created from only 15 casks with a combination of American and European first-fill sherry casks along with some refill. All the casks have been matured on Orkney with the youngest casks filled in 1998. This makes a delightful combination of gentle Orcadian smoke and rich fruity spice.

A very tasty release from Highland Park, matured in a mixture of bourbon casks and first fill Rioja wine casks.
Highland Park
Highland Park 18, arguably one of the best single malts Scotland produces. Fruity, tiny hints of peat, juicy notes, oily notes.
