Glendalough Wild Botanicals Gin

The botanicals for this small batch Irish gin are hand foraged from the mountains around the distillery. It is crafted in a slow distillation process and made in small 250 litre batches to ensure the flavours are exactly right each time.
Official Tasting Notes

Nose: Fresh Spring notes with juniper, citrus, pine. A forest clearing in bloom.

Palate: Cool and mellow at first, rushing to nectarous Summer flowers and hints of Autumn fruits finally giving way to warm spice.

Finish: Long and sylvan, with warm winter spices.
