Staff Tasting Notes
Nose: Fruity, creamy, icing sugar. Baked apples and crumble. Custard tarts. Very complex.
Palate: Some smoke and tar (not peat), medium weight texture with tart fruits, black pepper. Pineapples.
Finish: Crispy biscuits, some brine but a long elegant finish. Waves of floral notes and vanilla ice cream.
Comments: A surprisingly complex addition to the range and showcases Glen Scotia’s very versatile spirit.

Palate: Red apple and tangy orange peel with vanilla syrup and caramel sweetness.
Finish: Long lingering sea salt with a spicy note of ground ginger.
