A miniature of the iconic sipping rum El Dorado, made at the Diamond Distillery in Guyana. If you have not tried this before, this is the perfect chance to try!
Official Tasting Notes Rich amber in colour. Super attractive nose packed with aromas of sugar, honey, banana, toffee, raisin and sultanas. Ripe, rich and balanced flavours and sweetness. After the sweetness, the finish is delightful, elegant and dry. The Guyanan distillery this comes from has 9 different stills so they can make a bewildering number of different 'marques' from the same facility. El Dorado 12 Year Old contains predominantly copper coffey still rum from Diamond blended with the double wooden pot still at Port Mourant and marques from the wooden Coffey in Enmore.
