Official Tasting Notes
On the nose, soft fragrant blackberries, almonds and a hint of coffee. The palate reveals the delicate tannins of the wine, red berries and a gentle ash, from the original toasting of the cask. The finish is slightly dry, but warming and long, with blackberries, almonds and a hint of milk chocolate and vanilla.
