Diamond Distillery Pot Still Rum 2004 Nauticus & RMW Exclusive Thompson Bros

This is an excellent single cask of pot distilled rum from the Diamond Distillery in Guyana. We have selected this cask in collaboration with the good folks at Nauticus in Edinburgh and Dornoch's Thompson Bros. Distilled on the famous Versailles wooden pot still, we think this is a remarkably complex rum with an elegant funky, estery nose followed by a luscious creamy, tropical palate that could resemble a Scotch whisky. The label features Nauticus captain Kyle Jamieson steering at the helm whilst being attacked by a squid.
