Chase Aged Sloe And Mulberry Gin

Chase grow the potatoes for their spirit as well as fermenting, distilling and bottling on-site. After infusing this gin for 8 months with sloe berries and 2 months with mulberries, the aged edition spends a further 12 months in ex Cote du Rhone casks.
Official Tasting Notes Nose: Ripe redcurrants, cherry and oaky notes with an underlying hint of stone fruit and almond.


Palate: Warm rich cassis and plummy stone fruit flavours with full body.


Overall Sweet fruit leads, balanced by delicate oak and a subtle tartness, leaving a wonderful crisp finish.
