Champagne Levasseur Rue du Sorbier Brut Nature NV

Value for money in Champagne often comes from the excellent small growers in the region. Levasseur were set up in 1944 and fit right into this category. Organically grown grapes, with Pinot Meunier being the predominant influence (80%). Brut Nature is the driest style of Champagne, with no dosage added. This has been aged on the lees for 4 years, giving a wonderful fullness of flavour to balance that dry, fresh character.
