Staff Tasting Notes
Nose: A rich, sweet smoke meets the nose first. Lots of tasty beach barbeque notes with a touch of caramel creeping in. The youth and the sherry cask have combined wonderfully, with the big spicy notes being complimented by the punchy young spirit.
Palate: A mouth filling blast of brush smoke is the initial impression but as that breezes away you're left with an impression of sweet raisins and cinnamon. The spice lingers wonderfully with a mentholic note pushing through to prominence. Surprisingly gentle considering its tender age.
Finish: Sprice, smoke and a tingling minty, menthol feel.
