No. 209 Gin

No. 209 Gin are based in San Francisco. Their aim is to make light, aromatic and complex gin, and with that in mind they have had pot stills designed with similar specifications to Glenmorangie's very tall Single malt pot stills (which produce light, fruity spirit).
Official Tasting Notes

Nose: Citrus and floral notes, with a hint of spiciness.

Palate: A burst of citrus at the front of the palate, with lemon and orange, followed the floral spice of bergamot and coriander. Cardamom, juniper and cassia bark become prominent in the mid palate and finish.
